Sorry a little blurry on this one. Framing out the tire. The only thing I would probably do differently is wait to paint the outside of the tire. You may be able to see why later.
Before sanding dry fit. The boxes were made out of plywood and it was scraps so any nicks were filled with wood filler. Then I sanded smooth for no splinters. Thanks to my little helper the seat was sized to fit.
Almost finished on these last two. Just need to touch up some paint. My wife wants me to redo the circles. She does not like the sponge application but would prefer them perfectly round. You can now see why I should have waited to paint the outside of the tire. The paint needed for the tire needs much more cure time then normal paint and I have to repair some spots at the bottom. Live and learn.
